        DGF-240型桶装水生产线--是3加仑、5加仑桶装饮用水生产之用。整机集冲洗、灌装、封盖功能于一体。是矿泉水、蒸馏水、纯净水生产的理想设备。整机采用优质不锈钢、耐腐、易清洗。主要电气原件均采用SIEMENS、OMRON产品，气路系统采用进口Air TAC产品。该机结构紧凑、占地厂房小、工作效率高且稳定可靠、自动化程度高。操作工仅需二人，是机电气三位一体的全自动桶装设备。

 

        QCF-240 Barreled Production Line is composed of bottle washing machine, bottle filling machine and sealing machine of 3 and 5 gallons. It is an idea filling line to produce mineral water, distilled water and purified water. The whole line is made of superior stainless steel, anticorrosive and easy to clean. Sidemen is electric components are adopted as main components. The world famous product of Air TAC and Omron are introduced in the air circuit systems. The machine is compactly conformed to small occupation of land and high efficiency and reliable and stable quality and high automation. Only two operators are needed for a line, which is whole automatic barreled equipment with motor, electric unit and air three in one.
